Emmy-nominated actor Justin Hartley is chasing ghosts in the new episode titled “Aurora” on ‘”Tracker” on CBS.

This marked the ninth episode in the new CBS series, which aired on Sunday, April 21st, and it was directed by Jon Huertas from a screenplay by Sharon Lee Watson.

The synopsis is: When a widower offers a reward to find his only daughter, Lana Russo, who disappeared three years ago and is presumed dead, Colter agrees to help track her down. It is set in Aurora, Vermont.

Justin Hartley, plays Colter Shaw, a rewardist, who uses his expert tracking skills in an effort to solve mysteries (such as missing people).

Abby McEnany and Robin Weigert both have a small role in “Aurora” as Colter’s assistants Velma and Teddi Bruin.

While Fione Rene and Eric Graise are missing from this episode, Diana Maria Riva more than makes up for them thanks to her superb portrayal of Detective Helen Brock.

Particularly impressive about this episode is that it draws parallels to his own life (and the mystery behind his father’s death).

It was also pulse-pounding and filled with suspense, especially since nobody knows how thing will turn out in “Aurora,” and whether the missing girl is still alive by the end (folks would have to tune and watch).

Hopefully, this is an indication that in the following weeks, we will get to see Wendy Crewson as Mary Dove Shaw, his on-screen mother, again.
